Welcome Theme
Rajasthan risen out of golden sands, where the blazing sun creates illusions of shimmering lakes on the arid expanse, sand-dunes stand in eerie silence and sand¬storms rage occasionally, romance of the Desert yet overwhelms. Life vibrates to the sound of music and sways in a profusion of colours. Sturdy mustachioed men in colourful turbans, cheerful women in multihued skirts, caparisoned camels, enticing fare, fire and snake dancers, folk musicians and festive gaiety.

Mughal Theme
The Mughal dynasty knew how to enjoy elegant dining in the spectacular settings of their forts and palaces. We bring to you the very experience of their lifestyle through the grandeur of this traditional Mughal-theme evening in an equally memorable setting. The meticulous planning and preparation is reflected in the specially designed chowkis (low-seating tables), gaddas (luxurious mattresses) and plush bolsters & cushions all draped in richly embroidered fabric. The soft sounds of the water fountains, the subtle yet elegant lighting, the sultry melodies of live Indian classical music and the attentive service make a traditional Mughal dinner at Amarvilas a truly unforgettable experience.

Durbar Evening
On arrival the entire palace is lit up. The group is disembark and by now the excitements is loud and clear. The group then walks upto the palace entrance gate wherein village elders garlanding the guests and the village belles in full local attire showering rose petals at the group. Cocktails is arranged at the "Sheesh Mahal" (hall of mirrors), later the group is seated in the Durbar Hall for a cultural evening extravaganza, The ambience created goes back to 600 years when the king and his lieutenants would sit on the cushioned floor and the dancers performed for entertainment. The group would be served drinks and dinner while the local dancer and musicians entertain. Members from the group would be invited to join the dancers. After dinner, coffee is served on the terrace. The group would be thrilled to see a fire work show against the stark naked mountain landscape.

Brides of India
Richly clad in bright colors and magnificent jewelry, adorned with sweet smelling flowers and anointed with perfume, makes the Indian Bride even more enchanting. Vermillion, scarlet and red are considered auspicious and are the most favored colors for bridal dresses. There are however a few exceptions. Brides in Kerala wear stark white, while Tamil Nadu Brides have a wide choice to choose from. Maharashtrian Brides favor either green or yellow, while in the North the traditional color worn is red.

Rajasthan Village Theme
A typical Rajasthani Village is created for this evening. Mud walls gaily Painted, with an entrance, are built around the garden of the Palace. Food Stalls are built with thatched roofs where Rajasthani women cook local food in traditional earthenware Pots and a demonstration of their cooking can be seen as group members Partake of this special meal.

Royal Private Celebrations
Royal Private Dining is the special theme Dinner where the guests are accorded with a royal welcome. In Welcome event the guests are received at the hotel gate by applying Tikka (a special maroon color round mark applied with a finger in the center of forehead - it is the biggest symbol of honor in Hindu custom), a Jhilmil Aarti is performed. The guests then enter the main palace to reach the platform from where they view the magnificent facade of the palace. They assemble here to be individually escorted under the royal umbrella, along with dancing ladies and musicians, to their seating venue where they are served with special welcome drink. An Exclusive venue will be given to them for their private seating and for the dance show. The lavish dinner is preceded with a folk dance program where the best artists who have performed internationally display their art and skills. Snacks are served during the folk entertainment program. After the entertainment guests are served Tea and coffee with Puppet show and finally a royal see off is accorded.

Pirate Theme
Ahoy me hearties, stand and deliver! Corporate movers and shakers will feel right at home aboard the good ship "Jolly Rogers." Raid the Quartermaster's stores for good quality swig. Carry off plate-loads of tantalising seafood. Wild is the night, and the singing is loud and hearty. Make a rebel walk the plant and remember -take no prisoners.

Seafood Barbeque
Sip languidly from a glass of wine. Toast the rushing waves, the envious stars. Then sink your teeth into succulent lobsters, jumbo prawns and other local seafood delicacies. Or if you prefer, to roast your own food on a skewer over a campfire.

Kerala Theme Evening
Discover century - old traditions. Discover why they call it "Gods own country". Marvel at the exquisite grace and classical beauty of Mohiniattam, one of India's most elegant art forms. As you relax under gently swaying palms sampling exotic specialties from the Malabar Coast.

Goan Carnival
Mardi Gras, sea and sunshine. Get into the swing of things with dancers in frills, feathers and exotic masks. Sway merrily to a Mando (Goan song) singing trio. Raise a toast to good times with a glass of "Feni" (potent Goan drink) as you wolf down plates full of tasty prawns, "Vindaloo" (local spicy pork dish) and fish so delicious you'll talk about it at dinners back home.

Maharashtrian Theme
Welcome to an evening in the heart of Maharashtra. Get comfortable on low silk bolster as you drink in the village ambience created by straw huts, artifacts, swords and spears from the bygone era of the warrior princes. Then dig into an astounding variety of Maharashtrian cuisine as you area entertained by a "tamasha" troupe to a regional song and dance show called " lavni".
