Day 01, Arrive Chennai
Late evening. Meeting, greeting & assistance on arrival at the international airport and transfer to the hotel.

Chennai : India’s fourth largest city, Chennai is the capital of the state of Tamil Nadu. Chennai was the site of the East India company’s first settlement founded in 1639 on land given by the Raja of Chandragiri, the last representative of the Vijaynagar rulers of Hampi. The East India Company was an English trading establishment and thus was the forerunner to the British Empire which, came into political prominence towards the end of the 17th Century. Chennai is basically a conglomerate of over grown villages, and being a major port, today it is also known as the gateway to the South.

Day 02, Chennai
Drive to Mamallapuram and visit the Five Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, and
Shore Temple. On return visit Dakshina Chitra - the cultural & art village.

Day 03, Chennai - Trivandrum to Kovalam
Sightseeing tour of city visiting St. George Fort, Santhome Cathedral Basilica, & Theosophical Society. Fly to Trivandrum, on arrival drive to Kovalam

Day 04, Kovalam
Day at leisure to relax on the beach.

Day 05, Trivandrum - Cochin
Drive to Cochin. In the evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance performance at a local theater. Kathakali is traditional dance form of North India.

Day 06, Cochin
Enjoy the sightseeing tour of Fort Cochin visiting Dutch Palace (Closed on Fridays & national holidays), ST. Francis Church, Jewish synagogue (Closed on Saturdays & on Jewish holidays) & Chinese Fishing net. Evening enjoy Sunset harbor cruise.

Day 07, Depart Cochin
Fly back home with unforgettable memories of India.
